It was all smiles as members of the Rotary Club of North Jackson club joined in for the fun packing backpacks to assist Foster Care Children during District Governor Mark Anderson’s recent backpack service project club visit. Thomas Dent, Foster Parent Liaison at the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, was also present and gave a wonderful talk outlining the critical needs across our state.
