An EF4 tornado hit Rolling Fork, Miss., at around 8:00 pm on March 24.
Rotarians from across middle Mississippi’s District 6820 were in Rolling Fork on the morning after the tornado.
District 6820 funded two skid loaders and a mini-escavator to dig out homes from the rubble and move it to the street. Labor is being provided for free by a local farmer, who has also brought in all his own equipment.
Water, food and sanitation supplies were packed and distributed by Rotarians.

By Saturday afternoon, March 25, the Starkville Rotary Club had delivered and unloaded a ton of water and soft drinks at the Greenville Main Fire Station relief staging site.
Disaster Relief Chair Danny Brunt delivered District 6820’s prepacked relief trailer on March 25.
